Atomika Co.ltd, a private company incorporated in tTaiwan with a company number of 94151254 is the company responsible for data processing.
 
The present Privacy Policy defines the data processing that Atomika will carry out on the data that you, as the user (“User,” or “You”) of the website www.atomikaco.com (referred to as “Website”) are freely facilitating to Atomika, either to solicit commercial information, contact Atomika, request newsletters about Atomika’s products and services, or to access the Portal, which can be accessed through the Website. All of the aforementioned elements may be done through the website (all of which will be jointly referred to as “Procedures”).

2. PROCEDURES AND LEGITIMACY TO COMPLETE THE DATA PROCESSING

The User’s Personal Data collected through the available Procedures on the Website are collected by Atomika for the following purposes:

i. Request business information or contact Atomika.
ii. Request newsletters.
iii. Access the client portal, in the case of having been authorized to do so by Atomika.

The User may revoke their consent during each business communication that is passed on or through exercising their right to opposition to Personal Data processing as established in Section 7.

Atomika will only gather the necessary Personal Data in order to achieve the purpose that You freely, consciously and unmistakably consent to upon accepting the present Privacy Policy, which You expressly accept in the Procedures.
In this sense, and in accordance with the GDPR, the free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the User is the action that legitimises Atomika to process his or her Personal Data.
 
 
3. AUTHENTICITY OF THE DATA

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to Atomika are accurate and is responsible for reporting any modification of said data. The User is therefore fully responsible for the authenticity of the Personal Data submitted to Atomika.

4. DATA STORAGE

Personal Data shall be stored for the length of time deemed necessary for the completion of the project for which they were collected, provided the consent granted is not revoked. Subsequently, should it be necessary, the information shall be stored for the established, legal amount of time.

Should the Personal Data be imparted to Atomika by sending your curriculum vitae, it shall be stored for one year, from the date of the most recent update. At the end of said period, assuming no updates have been made, the Data shall be deleted unless You state otherwise.

5. DATA TRANSMISSION

Atomika informs the User that their Personal Data may be provided to the other Atomika entities with the objective of completing the purpose at hand.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

Personal Data obtained through the Website shall not be subject to international transfers. In the event that any such transfer is required, Atomika will duly inform the User and will take all necessary measures to ensure that the level of protection required by European legislation is applied to the processing of his or her Personal Data.

7. USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA

The User has the right to (i) access their Personal Data, as well as (ii) request the correction of incorrect Personal Data, (iii) request deletion of said Data, (iv) request that the processing of their Personal Data be limited, (v) oppose to the processing of their Personal Data, and (vi) request they be transferred.

Personal Data protection and privacy are of utmost importance for Atomika. Therefore, in order to avoid the loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access, and theft of Personal Data provided via the Website, Atomika upholds Personal Data protection levels in accordance with the applicable law.

Likewise, Atomika and their experts are committed to realizing their duty to secrecy and confidentiality regarding Personal Data, in accordance with the GPDR.

9. ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares having been informed of the conditions of the protection of Personal Data, accepting and agreeing to the processing of said Data by Atomika, in agreement with what is established in the present Privacy Policy and for the User’s purposes.
